Rising Leaders Luncheon
For nearly three decades, the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential (GCAPP) has spearheaded statewide efforts through education and community partnerships to improve the overall health and well-being of adolescents in Georgia. The Rising Leaders Luncheon is an opportunity to acknowledge and support the outstanding achievements and hard work of some of the finest young leaders, 14 – 19 years old, that Georgia has to offer. The event celebrates the collective achievement of GCAPP’s Youth Advisory Council across Georgia, inducts a new cohort into the council, and announces the GCAPP Youth Ambassador of the Year, a statewide honor. The audience includes youth, parents, community partners, business leaders, and others who are dedicated to supporting the energy, aspirations, and potential of Georgia’s youth.
