In collaboration with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and our local partner,Community Health Solutions, we are excited to expand The Eban Project, a culturally tailored, mentoring and youth development program that places emphasis on young Black men struggling to maintain school engagement, in foster care, and who are or have been involved with the juvenile justice system. The Eban Project is poised to make a lasting impact by serving 2,700 young Black males ages 13-19 in Clayton and Macon-Bibb counties.
Through mentorship, educational workshops, and community engagement initiatives, including the Mothers Raising Sons initiative, participants are empowered to thrive. GCAPP takes great pride in being part of this initiative, recognizing its potential as a significant game changer for thousands of young men and their families
