GCAPP invites you to participate in a Community Conversation around the health and wellness of youth in Jasper County. Adolescence is often tough for young people under the best of circumstances and our youth deserve the best we have to offer, especially in these tumultuous times.

GCAPP, with programs in youth empowerment, comprehensive sex ed, teen pregnancy prevention, parent engagement, and physical activity & nutrition, has convened Community Conversations in communities throughout the state around adolescent health and social wellness over the last four years, and partners with communities to implement proven, sustainable programs and strategies that address adolescents’ overall well-being.
